Our returns and refunds policy

We offer returns of any full or partial order within 30 days of purchase.

If you change your mind, we will accept a return of any full or partial order within the first 30 days of the order date, subject to a 20% restocking fee (calculated on the value of the returned goods). Simply ensure your products are unused, untampered with, and in a fit condition for resale and restocking.

You will need to arrange the return at your own cost via your account.

How to return goods to IBRAN

1. Contact our Customer Service team at support@ibran.com.
2. Repackage your full order securely with a returns slip stating your order number and address.
3. Apply the provided courier label securely.
4. Hand your order to the courier.
5. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days of your return being received.

Applies to GB only. By committing to a purchase, you are agreeing to these terms, which are binding under a legal contract of sale.

When contacting us about a return, please have your original order number (beginning with IBPL) and a return tracking link ready.
