We deliver across the UK and the EU
Within Great Britain we offer fully trackable delivery as standard on all orders, with free delivery on orders over £135. This covers delivery anywhere in the UK, from London to Penzance and John O'Groats to Dover.
With our Pick Your Delivery Date tool you can schedule delivery around your plans. Otherwise we aim to despatch your order within 1 to 3 working days.
Charges and timings
- Orders below £135 incur a £9.99 delivery charge.
- Unless stated otherwise on the product page, we aim to despatch orders received before 9am the same day, via a tracked next-day service.
- Bulky or made-to-order items may have longer despatch times, stated in the product description.
- Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Isles are charged by region and service (pallet or box quantity).
- All other locations are offered with variable delivery charges and speeds, applied at checkout based on location and product size.
Please do not book in or undertake any work until you have received all materials from us. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by late delivery.
Access and redelivery
If you are unable to attend delivery and there is nowhere safe to leave the order in your absence, or you do not notify us of access issues, a £60 redelivery charge set by the courier may apply. If you require a smaller vehicle due to restricted access, please let us know as soon as possible. If there are any changes to your delivery time, we will be in touch as soon as we are aware.
Our courier partners
We currently use DPD, TPN and Palletways for national deliveries, plus our own Labelio service for dedicated vehicles. Tracking numbers are provided on despatch.
